When you send an inquiry or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, country and message. When you subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address.
Why we collect it
We use your details to answer your inquiry, send catalogues and quotations, manage orders, and send updates you have asked for. We do not use them for anything else.
Who we share it with
We share inquiry details with our manufacturing partner in Indonesia so they can prepare quotations and fulfill orders. We use service providers for website hosting and email, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
Where it is processed
Your data may be processed in Singapore, Indonesia and the countries where our service providers operate.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for two years after our last contact, and order records for as long as the law requires. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
