Our Story

Over twenty years of giving coffee wood a second life as safe, natural products for pets. From our factory in East Java to wholesale partners across North America, Europe and Asia, our story is one of patient craftsmanship.

  • Where It Began

    Our factory was founded in 2002 in East Java, Indonesia.

    For over two decades we have handcrafted pet products from coffee wood, a byproduct of the coffee industry that would otherwise go to waste. Today a team of 100 works across three production lines, supplying wholesale distributors in North America, Europe and Asia.

    Our factory is SVLK certified, Indonesia’s government-issued timber legality certification, and ISO 9001 certified for quality management. Every shipment comes with V-Legal documents, and EU shipments with a FLEGT licence. All wood is kiln-dried and heat-treated for international shipping, and we use only natural, non-toxic dyes and finishes.

We honor the environment by sourcing renewable, upcycled, and biodegradable materials from the heart of Indonesia. Every product is a testament to sustainable craftsmanship and pet safety.

  • Upcycled Coffee Wood

    Sourced from Indonesian coffee plantations, this dense hardwood is cleaned, dried and shaped into long-lasting chews that satisfy a dog's natural instinct to chew.

  • Natural Coconut Shells

    We transform discarded coconut shells into durable bird houses and small animal shelters. These 100% natural structures provide a safe, cozy environment for pets while reducing agricultural waste.

  • Nature's Loofah and Fibers

    Loofah and natural ropes offer the perfect texture for dental hygiene. Our edible toys help clean teeth while providing enrichment, all made from plant-based materials.

  • Heritage Ropes and Decor

    We only use natural sisal, cotton, and hemp ropes to bind our products. For reptile and aquascape enthusiasts, our SVLK-certified wood is heat-treated and makes a natural habitat.
